张慧，博士/博士后，副教授，硕士研究生导师，澳门新甫京娱乐娱城平台环境化学研究所所长。2003年6月获西南交通大学土木工程学士学位，2007年6月获西南交通大学环境科学硕士学位，2012年6月获中山大学环境科学博士学位，2014年8月-2016年3月安徽师范大学任教，2016年3月-2016年9月深圳大学博士后，2018年12月至今，澳门新甫京娱乐娱城平台任教。
2020-2023连续三年澳门新甫京娱乐娱城平台年终考核优秀，澳门新甫京娱乐娱城平台十佳班主任，优秀班主任、百佳导师，双创导师，国家大学生创新创业项目导师，2019以来指导以第一指导老师指导本科生挑战杯、节能减排、互联网+项目、生命科学竞赛等荣获校级以上奖励16项（含校级金奖1项，省奖和国奖各1项），主讲课程《环境管理》获批校级一流本科（2020年）、思政示范课程（2022）、专创融合课程（2023年），主持和参与教研项目多项。

主要研究方向是基于物质流、LCA，系统模拟、预测和优化模型的城市环境管理与可持续发展研究，侧重城市废弃物生命周期评价与管理；区域生态系统和碳循环研究。近年来在Waste Management, Resources, Conservation & Recycling, Nature communications, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Hazardous Material, Journalof Environmental Management环境科学，环境科学研究等国内外期刊发表论文50余篇;参编建筑垃圾减量化技术学术专著一部，以及建筑垃圾减量化全过程管理标准和无废工地技术指南标准两部，建筑垃圾分类试点项目咨询专家，中国环境科学学会会员；作为骨干成员参与建筑垃圾领域重大研发项目一项;主持和参与国家、省、市级等纵向科研项目10余项，横向课题30余项，其中主持环评、规划类，可研，可行性设计，流域环境管理等横向项目10余项；授权专利、软著20余项。
